I have split my signal to my preAmp using that signal to my main amp and wireless powered deck speakers by the pool. Now I want to add speakers to my cook shed, Due to interference, wireless is not an option. I am planning on running monster wire to the shed BUT i would like to be able to control the volume at the shed-independent of the other two zones, Can it be done?

what supplies would I need to build a 12′ x 24′ building with a regular house type roof on it (A shaped roof, not sure what you call that). Would need a floor in it, just particlar board or whatever and the siding they usually put on sheds, I want to say it’s called tr-19 or something like that. It’s pine and comes in 4′x8′ panels. Also would need 4 windows, just average size and one steel or wood normal sized entry door. Shingled roof. Can someone give me a supply list and the estimated cost of the MATERIALS (not labor) that I would need? Also what type of foundation would it need? Just blocks or something like that? what would be cheapest? Thanks!

most lumber yard do have the package already set for different size sheds with different options.

I’m in the early stages of buying my first home. I have a house picked out, I’m pre-approved for a home loan, now, I’m looking into price estimates for a home inspection.
What is the average cost of a home inspection? With the regular inspection, radon, and insects?
The home I’m looking at is in a small town, its 1100 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The home is about 75 years old. My biggest concern is about insects, a large shed is attached to the back of the house, its built into a dirt embankment, the shed has a dirt floor and no heat. The house is also at the bottom of a mountain, and I worry about squirrels or other animals coming into the house.
I’ve called 15 home inspectors listed in the Yellow Pages of my local phone book.
Of those, only two answered when I called. I left messages on 10 answering machines, and the other numbers were “out of service”.
One person has called back from a message I left.
Of those 3, the estimates are $ 420, $ 450, and $ 475.
The one charging $ 475 brings two inspectors AND an exterminator. They also get rid of any radon right there on the spot, and print out a detailed report within 24 hours.

There is no standard for fees for Home Inspections. Licensing is relatively new too. Radon is an option but not required. Squirrels need to eat too. I have a squirrel family in my pine tree that I feed three times a week with scrap food.

last time I went, it was about 55 cents a pound for clean aluminum.
It’s a market thing. If you just had a tornado in your area destroy a lot of patio screen enclosures and mobile homes, it’ll probably drop to 25 cents. Like it did here in Florida after Hurricane Wilma.
A lot of sheds in fact most lawn buildings are steele, not aluminum.

If it’s aluminum, you will only get CLEAN price if you’ve taken all the steele hardware off of it..
sorry, it’s steel. I spend a lot of time in the politics section defending conservatism.

84 lumber company has 2 and 3 garage kits for sale, and you can go on line and have them ship it to you. Thats a really good bet for you if there is no garage kit in your area. Another thing you could do is to buy 22 ft. trusses from Lowes, or the home depot. and you have your own kit with that. All you do is frame up the walls and place the trusses on top and pow your done at a very low cost for a garage. If you dont like putting in a slab and framing you could also buy a pre build AMish garage which comes with the floors already in them, and is delivered already build at a verry low cost.
